Our Community Centre is a place where people of different ages, cultures and backgrounds come together to learn, exchange ideas and build friendships. It hosts educational activities, cultural events and community projects throughout the year. To improve its infrastructure and ensure its long-term sustainability, the centre is being connected to the municipal drinking water system. Together with experienced professionals, the volunteers will assist with the excavation and trenching work required to lay the new drinking water pipeline. In the process, participants gain practical insights into construction and infrastructure projects, work as part of a team, and experience how their collective efforts create lasting value for future groups and projects.
No prior knowledge of construction is required All tasks will be supervised and assigned according to the participants’ abilities. What’s important is a love for an international project, team spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
