Arbeit

The vibrancy of our community and scope of volunteering are reflected in both our Residential Homes and our Day Program. Stanton Home has a team of 70+ dedicated professionals who partner with and provide support to over 20 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These adults live in residential homes in the Berkshires and come together for an active Day Program with on-site activities including organic gardening, composting, music, yoga, hiking, weaving, culinary arts, and various activities throughout the local community including horseback riding, swimming and pottery.

Stanton Home has been providing care for adults with diverse needs since 1986. Volunteers serve as a part of the Residential Life at Stanton Home as well as in our Day Program. Volunteers assist with daily living activities and the direct care necessary for the health, safety, and well-being of the people we support.

Stanton Home has six residential homes. Each home is unique to the individuals who live there. Volunteers play an active role in the rhythms and routines of residential daily life. There are things to be done from dawn to bedtime.

Volunteers are an important part of each residential team (along with house managers, case managers and staff) that supports the day-to-day household operations and plans together to best balance the contributions and needs of everyone. A volunteer’s residential duties and responsibilities support individual needs and encourage individual independence:

● Companionship - As companions, volunteers build relationships by living together in the house and sharing day-to-day lived experiences. To enrich relationships, volunteers engage in hobbies and activities based on residents’ interests. Volunteers are encouraged to share their own talents with residents as well. As a group, households attend cultural events, potlucks and other planned gatherings to join and celebrate as a community.
● Direct Care - Volunteers assist with the daily living activities which support the day to day activities of the residents of the house as well as the overall running of the household (for example doing laundry, dusting and cleaning, shopping, preparing meals and baking, providing rides to appointments).
● Personal care - Volunteers support the personal care of our residents. Personal care means assisting with the health and hygiene of individuals (for example dressing, washing, bathing, brushing teeth, and mobility support). The level of personal care required depends upon the unique needs of each resident.

Day Program

Day Program duties and responsibilities focus on building occupational and social skills. The Day Program supports the interests of a wide range of individuals, both from Stanton Home and the extended special needs community. Day Program activities include hiking, gardening, culinary, weaving, music and other activities such as swimming, therapeutic horseback riding and therapeutic art and dance classes held at community partnership organizations. A focus is on supporting individuals in achieving goals and building positive social relationships.
Training: Volunteers receive support and supervision from the Volunteer Coordinator, House Managers, Case Managers, staff and other administrative staff. Additionally, the Volunteer Coordinator may act as on-site mentor and inter-cultural liaison. Volunteers participate in the following mandatory trainings:
● Orientation - to become familiar with procedures, key properties and complete necessary paperwork.
● Initial Training - to learn about the history of Stanton Home, mission and values; to understand regulations, policies and protocols including: HIPAA, professional boundaries, medical and behavioral emergencies, fire safety, incident reporting, minor injury protocol, health observation guidelines, mandated reporting, etc.
● Residential Training - shadowing House Manager and staff in residential life including: schedules, routines, meals, activities, general household rules, personal care, medicine distribution (if applicable), safety and documentation.
● Certifications - online training and certifications for First Aid, CPR and bloodborne pathogens.
Schedule: Volunteers are scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week, as outlined in the volunteer contract. This schedule includes both Residential hours and Day Program hours, morning, afternoon, evening, overnight shifts weekdays and weekends. Volunteers receive 2 days off each week and accrue 2 days of vacation for each month of volunteer service completed. Vacation requires prior approval.

Important Qualities: A caring mindset, empathy and compassion. Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. A team oriented approach and the commitment to developing positive relationships with residents, program participants, staff and other volunteers. Dependable, professional and task-oriented.
Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, speak at least intermediate English and have a valid driver's license permitting driving in the US is required. Volunteers need to have a phone with an active plan to make and receive calls within the United States. The cost of maintaining a calling plan is a volunteer's responsibility.
Additional Information: English Language tutoring is available locally.
Pocket Money: A set monthly stipend is provided to volunteers to help cover personal and incidental expenses.

Accommodation and Food: Food is provided. Local, fresh meals are made during volunteer shifts, with ingredients often from the Stanton Home biodynamic farm. A private or shared bedroom and shared bath are provided in one of the residential houses, our volunteer house or at the farm.

Arbeit

Volunteers are welcomed and live as part of a household where they help with the running of the home they also enjoy. During the work week they join a team on the land, bakery, food preserving kitchen, construction/woodworking, or crafts, facilitating, learning, and helping the team reach their goal. Weekends and evenings are filled with social and vocational opportunities. The type of volunteer work is matched to the individual’s tastes and strengths to optimize the most fulfilling experience for all. The hours vary and follow a farm-life structure with some early mornings and late nights in the growing season and a creative, co operative, and flexible attitude to social opportunities and travel to best suit everyone.
Coworker position requires a motivated person who enjoys being part of a team. Practical idealism, an appreciation of the outdoors, and a wish to make a real difference in the world helps! Previous agricultural experience or experience of people with disabilities is not necessary, but an open mind and a wish to learn definitely is.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Volunteers live together family- style in homes lead by long term volunteers in the community. Each person has their own bedroom. All meals, and use of amenities (computer, wifi, toiletries, house phone, workshops) is included. We can insure drivers over 21 with a clean driving record to use our vehicles.

Lage und Freizeit

We live in the middle of a conservation area with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls and a pristine river to canoe and kayak. Our friendly small town offers shopping, coffee shops, parks, community theater, swimming pool, gym, basic amenities, and local festivals. Museums, concerts, theaters and events can be accessed an hour away in Minneapolis/St Paul. While there is no public transport, people over 21 with a clear driving record can often drive our vehicles and those who can’t are offered rides and use of bikes for shorter distances. We make it possible for volunteers to camp, visit Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, (4-7 hours away) and Lake Superior depending on their interest and enjoy connecting them to opportunities see more of the USA in and outside the tourist areas. Year-long volunteers can expect to have about 3 weeks of vacation offered through the year.

Participate in the creation of a shared garden for the children of the daycare, families and residents of the neighborhood!
You will be working at La Visitation site, an old convent that now houses apartments and several activities, including the parent-run daycare "Les Petits Loups" (translation: little wolves). The project involves transforming an outdoor plot into a shared garden accessible to all users, which will serve as a space for meetings, discovery, and exchange for both children and adults.
The tasks to be completed during the workcamp include: clearing and cleaning the garden, maintaining the hedges, building barriers to ensure the safety of the youngest, creating garden beds, and setting up a notice board to promote the garden and its activities.

Calling all aspiring handy-people and gardeners! Come with your energy and your good mood to create a pleasant space and learn how to use manual and power tools alongside a technical facilitator.

Come experience a unique adventure between lakes and mountains by joining an international workcamp in the heart of Savoie!
In La Motte-Servolex, a charming town near Chambéry, you will be warmly welcomed by the locals and take part in a project that combines volunteering, learning, and cultural immersion.
In partnership with the municipality, this workcamp is part of a sustainable approach aimed at improving accessibility and preserving the local environment. Supervised by the technical and environmental services, you will contribute to the creation of a pond to promote biodiversity and the installation of signage for a daycare center. These actions are part of a broader municipal initiative to enhance the quality of life and raise awareness on ecological issues.
If you want to learn, contribute to a concrete project, or share a meaningful human experience, join us for a rewarding and solidarity-based adventure in the heart of the Alps!

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Accommodation will be provided by the municipality. You will sleep in tents (provided by Concordia) and have sanitary facilities close by. Further details will be shared later. You will actively participate in community life by sharing daily tasks such as cleaning and group activities.
Meals will be prepared together, on a rotating basis, prioritising vegetarian meals, seasonal and locally produced ingredients, while respecting individual dietary preferences.
Essential facilities, including kitchens, sanitary facilities, and communal living spaces, will be available nearby. Wi-Fi access will be available in public buildings within a five-minute walk. Since the workcamp is in an urban area, you will have access to laundromats for washing clothes.

Located less than 10 km from Chambéry, it enjoys a prime position in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, about an hour from Lyon and Geneva.

Combining urban life with preserved nature, the area offers numerous outdoor activities to enjoy after workcamp hours. You can go hiking in the mountains, relax on the lake’s sandy beaches, or explore the local cultural and historical heritage. Bicycles will be provided by our partner to facilitate daily travel and allow you to discover the surroundings at your own pace. Thanks to the project’s strong local roots and the warm welcome from the residents, this experience will provide full immersion in Savoyard life, blending solidarity and the discovery of an exceptional region.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

La Motte-Servolex and Concordia have been working together for over 20 years to organize international workcamps, creating a strong partnership based on shared values of solidarity, commitment, and sustainable development.
A young, dynamic, and sporty town, La Motte-Servolex is part of the Chambéry metropolitan area and fully integrates sustainability into its local policies. Waste sorting, bans on chemical pesticides, and the installation of public vegetable gardens are just some of the actions that have earned it the labels "Territoire engagé pour la nature" and "Best Small Town for Biodiversity 2021," particularly for its commitment to water and biodiversity preservation.

Arbeit

Immerse yourself in history by participating in the restoration of Château Saint-Gérald! Located between Lyon and Saint-Étienne, this remarkable site overlooks the Rhône Valley and is the focus of an ambitious project to make it accessible and attractive.
Built in the 13th century and destroyed in 1591 during the Wars of Religion, the château was rediscovered in 1974. Today, a local initiative aims to rehabilitate it and integrate it into a broader project to enhance the region.
This participatory worksite will help develop welcoming spaces for the public. Participants will receive guidance in learning restoration techniques.
The project will adapt to different levels of experience, combining technical work with discussions on the history and conservation of the site.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

You will be accommodated in an apartment in the heart of Givors, not far from the worksite. The accommodation consists of shared rooms with three to four single beds. It includes sanitary facilities, some accessible directly from the rooms and others located on the floor. A common room will be available for shared meals and social moments.
Please bring a sleeping bag suitable for a comfort temperature of about ten degrees Celsius. WiFi will be available nearby. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
Meals will be prepared collectively in a fully equipped kitchen. Participants will take turns preparing meals, cleaning, and handling other communal tasks. The diet will be primarily vegetarian, using local, seasonal, and short-supply-chain products while respecting individual dietary needs.

Lage und Freizeit

Givors, with a population of 20,000, is located in the Lyon metropolitan area, about 20 kilometers from Lyon, easily accessible by public transport.
During your stay, leisure activities will be organized: hiking, cycling, and river swimming will allow participants to explore the area’s natural beauty. With support from the local partner, bicycles will be available to facilitate travel and promote eco-friendly exploration. Cultural visits may also be arranged to explore local heritage and emblematic sites.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

You will take part in the third collaboration between the city of Givors and Concordia, a partnership launched in 2022 to restore and promote Château Saint-Gérald. This worksite is a key step in a shared commitment to preserving local heritage through several upcoming projects.
This initiative relies on close collaboration between the city of Givors, its Cultural Affairs department, and a specialized architect working specifically on the site’s restoration. You will also help strengthen ties with local residents, particularly younger generations, through the involvement of local associations. This year, the association "Les Amis de la Colline," currently being established, will follow the project and play a role in its local development.

Anreise zum Treffpunkt

Meet at 6:00 PM at Givors Ville train station. The station is easily accessible by trains from Lyon’s Part-Dieu or Perrache stations in just 20 minutes. These trains run frequently.

Reservations can be made now on the SNCF website via the following link: https://www.sncf-connect.com/. This is a TER train, so tickets are valid for any train throughout the day.

Lyon Saint-Exupery is the closest airport. From Paris CDG, you can easily reach Lyon Part-Dieu or Perrache trains stations.

Weitere Infos

Make sure to bring sturdy, closed-toe work clothes that can get dirty. You will sleep in individual beds, so don’t forget to pack a sleeping bag with a comfort temperature of 10°C, a fitted sheet, and a pillowcase. For outings, waterproof clothing is recommended. Remember to bring sun protection, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen, as well as a water bottle and a swimsuit for swimming in pools or water sports centers. If you would like to share a part of your culture, feel free to bring items representative of your country or region, such as photos, culinary specialties, music instruments, your favorite playlist, or games to play with other volunteers.

Anforderungen

Foreigners that are part of the European Union must bring with them a personal EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), and everybody must, in any case, bring their insurance certificate. Arbeit

Every year many people, with different ages and religious, cultural and political backgrounds, come to Agape to discuss and to be challenged, to get to know themselves and each other and to exchange experiences around a particular theme. The work camp will support the management and support the meetings on issues of political, social, cultural and religious interest. The center is volunteers-driven, and its management is in your hands. By joining this workcamp you will contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals: QualityEducation-SDG4 and GenderEquality-SDG5 Reduce inequality SDG510 Promote peaceful and inclusive societies SDG516
WORK : The workcamp is an international experience, giving the volunteers the opportunity to meet young people from all over the world. In terms of communication, the main watchword at the Center is diversity and open-mindedness. This is your chance to discover different cultures, and ideas and exchange experiences. The work accomplished on each camp is very important, the volunteers themselves are the main reason for Agape is able to keep organizing more and more projects every year. Thanks to a group of people living there all year long (the so-called Resident group), but also to the ecumenical and international community coming to help, the center has an effect on its visitors' life. As a volunteer, you will be asked to work with the Resident Group. Every Resident has a sector for which they are responsible (kitchen, cleaning, bar, maintenance,... and so on), in which you will help them, and each of the Residents will be there to help you and support you. You will have 6-7 working hours per day. The Centre will organize every year's national camps in the place and the international group will work in parallel with the permanent residence to guarantee the running of all other project schedules. Volunteers will help in the following tasks: kitchen, meal service (tables and dishes), cleaning, maintenance, bartending, and babysitting.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Volunteers will be host in 3-4 bed bedrooms with shared toilets on the floor. The meals are typical Italian Mediterranean cuisine, with limited consumption of meat for environmental reasons, and the possibility of choices for those who require a special diet. There is a washing machine available for the volunteers.

Lage und Freizeit

Agape is in the Alps, close to Prali commune. Games, discussions, and outings can be organized during free time. Programmed activities (especially in the evening) are most of the time open to the volunteers, as long as they do not clash with work commitments. The place is beautiful but isolated, though you will stay together with many international participants attending the meetings of Agape. TERMINAL : Torino-Caselle airport, and then Caselle Aeroporto train station.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

It’s been ten years that Lunaria and Agape are working side by side to create a space where people can meet in harmony. Agape International Ecumenical Centre is an important point of reference in Italian Protestantism, being for 70 years a place of education and development, theological exploration, political engagement, acceptance and validation of differences. A resident group still lives at Agape throughout the year. Agape was built after the Second World War as a sign of hope and reconciliation between people, thanks to the voluntary work of many young men and women. The dimensions of community and voluntary service remain fundamental.

Arbeit

The aim of this work camp is to help organise the festival by joining the team of volunteers and organisers. As part of a team of volunteers, most of whom are villagers, you'll be helping to set up the site, putting up fences and tents, etc. During the festival, you'll also have the opportunity to attend conferences and welcome visitors. You'll need to speak French to share your time with the public and the organisers. You will work 5 to 6 hours a day, spread over the duration of the stay, in liaison with the festival coordination team.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

You will sleep in 2-person tents, depending on gender. You will need to bring your own warm duvet and pillow, and we will provide air mattresses. Meals will be prepared in turn by you, in particular for lunch and dinner, while respecting environmental values and local resources, as well as everyone's culture (hot and cold dishes, including options for vegetarians and vegans, will be prepared). Meals during the festival will be provided by the organisers.

Lage und Freizeit

One of the aims of this workcamp will be to exchange ideas with young people from the village of Couthures, who are themselves involved in organising the festival. An excellent opportunity to discover the charms of the Lot-et-Garonne, such as the town of Marmande and its many activities and festivities: the tomato capital is ready to welcome you and to unveil its charms, such as the Parc de la Filhole (where the Garorock festival takes place), where you can swim in the river Garonne or take advantage of its nature area. The city is well worth a visit, as are the surrounding communes, such as the Garonne hillsides, its vineyards and wines, and the Canal Latéral. The locals will be delighted to welcome you into their homes for a meal or a chance to chat and discover the region.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

After the resounding success of the first project, the adventure continues! Over the course of a weekend, the International Journalism Festival transforms the small village of Couthures-sur-Garonne (and its 300 inhabitants) into a veritable crossroads for meetings and debates. Workshops, live shows, and screenings bring the village to life around a central theme: news and journalism. At the heart of the event, the international workcamp will enrich the experience with an intercultural dynamic that encourages artistic and intergenerational exchanges. Sponsored by the Le Monde group, this festival, set in an exceptional natural setting, combines reflection, sharing and conviviality.

Anreise zum Treffpunkt

The meeting point is at Marmande station (47200) on Friday 4th July, between 3 and 4 pm. The organisers will meet you and take you to the village of Couthures-sur-Garonne (47180). All the information you need to get there will be in the project roadmap.

The main works are farming vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, radishes, etc at the farming camp and organize leisure time activity with kids from Children’s home. Also, volunteers may work on making fences to protect the farm, etc. Quite tiring but let's enjoy it.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Summer house and Mongolian traditional tents which is GER (traditional tent). Need to bring Sleeping Bag! Cook by volunteers with local staff.

Lage und Freizeit

45 km from Ulaanbaatar. Place name is “BUHUUGIIN HURAL”. The sight is just unbelievably beautiful, typical Mongolian plain. Cultural exchange program, excursions, etc.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

Since 2000, volunteers from all over the world have participated in summer programs designed to help improve the vegetable farm at the Childcare Center of Mongolia (Children's Home). However, between 2014-2018 they decided to discontinue their farming activities due to a lack of human resources and the unavailability of farming land. In 2017, our organization managed to rent farming land for the Children's Home, and they resumed their farming activities on this new land. As a result, our cooperation with their farm restarted in 2018. One of the main roles of international volunteers will be assisting with the farming work at the Children's Home.

You will mostly work with the Vienna gardeners in the green areas of this famous public park called “Augarten”. You will as well do some cleaning, renovation and some painting work of the facilities, walls and benches. The Augarten park is located in the centre of Vienna (2nd district).
The work will start on the 7th of July. You will work five days a week from 9:00-15:00 with a lunch break of 30 minutes.

Moreover, we strive to include 3 participants with fewer opportunities either in the work or in free time activities. We want to offer them the possibility to get to know people from all over the world. At the end of the international camp, we will organize a farewell barbecue/get together.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

Grenzenlos is an Austrian NGO based in Vienna. It is independent of religions and political bodies. Grenzenlos is a non-profit association. Its main purpose is to promote world peace and respect between people through intercultural non-formal education programmes abroad which combine cultural integration with engagement at non-profit initiatives worldwide.

The German word „Grenzenlos” means “no boundaries” and also “no limits”. The word explains the basic mission of Grenzenlos: to promote the personal development of individuals (no limits!) and inter-cultural understanding through international encounters, trainings, inter-cultural living and work experience (no boundaries!).

Grenzenlos offers a variety of international mobility programmes. These programmes are dedicated to world peace through the promotion of intercultural exchanges.

• Traditionally, Grenzenlos organizes volunteering programmes (individual as well as in the frame of international camps).
• As an exchange organization, we send volunteers abroad and host volunteers in Austria
• For people of all generations from 18 to 99 years.
• Including stays from two weeks up to one year
• For skilled as well as for non-skilled people
• Worldwide

The Inclusion approach is a high priority for Grenzenlos: special attention is given to promoting the participation of people with disabilities in all our volunteering projects as well as trainings and educational programmes.

Arbeit

Castle Vaeshartelt has a vast area with forests and gardens. The woods and gardens need restoration and maintenance. A significant portion of the work will involve clearing and pruning vegetation along designated pathways and within the grounds of the forest. This will ensure that plant growth does not obstruct walkways or cause damage to buildings or infrastructure. The work will also contribute to the preservation of historical landscape elements in the forest. Volunteers will help restore these natural and historical elements through active involvement in landscape care and heritage preservation. Volunteers will discuss the recreational program together with the camp leaders. For example they can explore the area by bike, go swimming, visit the city of Maastricht, Valkenburg or the crossroad of the three countries.
Next to forest maintenance, the restructuring and maintenance of the many gardens of the Buitenplaats will be the majority of the work. There are gardens for fruit, low tree and high tree gardens, small fruit gardens for strawberries, rasp berries and blackberries, a vineyard, mush room cultivation and so on. Tasks for the gardens will be to improved the outlook of the gardens and also the optimize the fruit production of the gardens as well. You will learn a lot about gardening an fruit production, to be come a more professional ‘castle’ gardener.
Part of the work is the circular approach converting green waste from the garden maintenance into compost, to be used as fertilizer for the gardens.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

The accomodationis in on a camping. You have to bring your own sleeping bag.
The food will be provided by the Castle Vaeshartelt restaurant. There are opportunities to have dislocated bbq's, which have to be organised by the volunteers.

Lage und Freizeit

Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt is a historically rich and unique landscape due to its deep historical roots and diverse transformations. From its Roman origins as a key traffic hub, to its role as a fortress in the time of Charlemagne, the estate evolved through medieval times and became a symbol of aristocratic and intellectual life in the 17th to 19th centuries. The creation of Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt as a monumental estate, with gardens, buildings, and nature forming a harmonious whole, is characteristic of the Dutch outdoor estates built by wealthy townspeople to escape urban hardships.
Volunteers will discuss the recrational program together with camp leaders and the host organisation. For example, they can explore the area by bike, provided by the castle, go swimming, visit cities like Maastricht, Valkenburg or three-country point.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

In the summer of 2025, SIW International Volunteer Projects will organize three two-week activities for 14 young people from Europe and neighboring countries in particular to renovate and maintain the Vaeshartelt country estate and in particular the various gardens, including vegetable gardens, vineyard, orchards, mushroom farm and associated forest area. SIW wants to give international young people the opportunity to get acquainted with this historic estate and let them contribute to its sustainable maintenance. In this way, SIW wants to offer participants an intercultural experience in line with our slogan Discover your impact abroad!

The partner organization is the Buitenplaats Vaeshartelt, in particular the garden maintenance department and the associated organizations that contribute to the management of the gardens. www.vaeshartelt.nl

The work will take place at Oosterhouw in Leens (province Groningen). It is a beautiful monumental manor house surrounded by a garden divided into four different styles. Many parts of these gardens have been neglected over the past decades. Volunteers will be cleaning up and helping restore the gardens to their former glory. This excludes the weekends.

We will provide participants access to online training modules provided by the European Solidarity Corps and/ or SIW.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung

During the two weeks, the volunteers will be staying at Camping "De Horizon" Molenrij near by Kloosterburen. The whole group will be staying in tents provided by SIW. There is also a large tent for group activities during freetime Two tiny houses are on the campground with all cooking facilities. Make sure you bring a sleeping matrass/mat and your own sheets! Bicycles will be provided for transportation between the accommodation and the gardens of Oosterhouw. The bike ride from and to the accommodation is approximately 15 minutes. You will cook together in teams, taking turns and having the opportunity to cook meals from your home countries. You have a kitchen at your disposal. Self-organisation is also a vital point during your daily camp routines. Cooking and cleaning are planned and done independently within the group. Each participant is expected to take part in the CCC (cooking-cleaning-crew).

You will have bikes at your disposal to explore the surrounding area. During the weekend you can enjoy your free time. There are plenty of nice places to visit, for example the beautiful and vibrant city of Groningen or take a ferry boat and visit the island of Schiermonnikoog.

Wer organisiert das Projekt?

The mansion Oosterhouw in Leens is located in the north of the Netherlands in the province of Groningen. The estate is surrounded by a flat agricultural landscape approximately 10 km from the Wadden Sea UNESCO heritage. Oosterhouw was built in 1868. The last time the building was renovated was in 1912-1913. After that, there weren’t any significant developments. The former owners of the mansion were C.o Jellema and Klaas Noordhuis. Co. Jellema is a semi-known poet in the Netherlands, and his current library is still in the house. Klaas Noordhuis was a garden architect and has added essential aspects to the garden. The current owners bought the house a few years ago and want to open the house more to the public. The house, the garden and the surrounding landscape are unique in this area and must be protected and taken care of.

The community of Vellexon would like to establish a space for social connections in the heart of their town. To make it possible, this year we're continuing with the creation of a place that should soon host exchanges focused on solidarity and intergenerational links. To contribute to this development, you will be renovating the paving (floor) of the wash-house which is located next to this square for around 6 hours per day. You will learn techniques of traditional masonry (wall-building). There is no knowledge required! You will evolve as a team with the help of two leaders, sharing all tasks associated with collective life such as, cooking, cleaning, after work activities, etc.

Unterkunft und Verpflegung
