Space on the boat is limited, so bring only the essentials, and make sure everything fits in a duffel bag. Remember that everything we use on the boat ends up in the sea.
DO NOT BRING TOO MUCH STUFF
Space is limited, and there is no room to leave items or bags on the bed.
NO hard suitcases or trolleys on board: there is no space to store them.
YES to bags and backpacks.
On board, you will be barefoot. No special shoes are required, aside from travel shoes, a pair of walking and trekking shoes, and shower sandals.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH CARE
Even though we won’t be crossing the Atlantic, there won’t always be a hospital or pharmacy nearby. On board, there is a basic first aid kit, but we ask that you organize for any specific needs and inform us of any allergies or particular issues.
For seasickness on board, only anchovies will be used, as Travel gum or similar medicines contain substances that often cause side effects. If you wish to bring them for safety reasons or because you have used them before, you do so at your own full responsibility. In this case, we also request that you research the different products beforehand (test them now while on land, if you wish).
FOOD AND CULINARY
Similarly, for specific cases (allergies, celiac disease, etc.), please inform us in advance for proper organization.
ENVIRONMENT
Every personal hygiene and body care product must be biodegradable, as it will eventually end up in the sea (soap, toothpaste, shampoo). We will provide shower shampoo and body wash; if you bring anything else, make sure it is labeled "biodegradable" (it's not enough for it to say "sustainable," "100% green," or "made with recycled/recyclable plastic").
Try to avoid single-use plastic bottles and containers, and opt for soap bars instead.
